- Manage our high-touch client pipeline from lead generation to implementation
- Build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and other market participants, to drive new revenue and ensure customer retention.

- Handle all project affairs and strategize the product to run in the market

- Work together with our media department to create toolkit for our agents to boost their sales
- Help our agents to duplicate their team members

3. Live Selling
- Responsible to generate sales thru live selling online
- Aware of the trend of the online selling market, both Mandarin and Malay Market
- Liaise with the supplier to prepare sufficient products for online selling
- Oversee the delivery of goods from both supplier side and our own side
- Personally testing the product to make sure the USP and quality of the product
- Recruit, Train, Nurture any potential live host from zero to hero
- Look for any potential crossover opportunities with other live host
- Prepare the products sample and stocks for demonstration in Live

MCN Creative Director

1. Creative Part
- Trains, assigns, schedules, and coaches employees.
- Working with creative department to deliver client or company needs creatively, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for ad campaigns.

- Attend presentation meeting with salesperson to assist on art direction for proposal presentation.
- Come out with creative solution in marketing aspect in promoting products and service both our own and our client's

3. Sales Part
- Meeting with clients to get fully understand clientĄ¯s expectation.
- Giving relevant input (about design material, better fabrication solution) to Sales Department in order for them to advise client
- Provide established proposal, sales kit, or any visual output including videos, as a marketing & sales tool for our sales team
- Creatively look for opportunity to create sales thru any product or services

4. Operational Part:
- Resolves operational problems.
- Managing projects and working within a budget

Job scope:

- To check Purchase Requisitions by comparing items requested to master list, clarifying unclear items and recommending alternatives.
